RDC Kitchen is built on a respect for heritage, technique, and honest food.
Located within the historic Rhein Donau Club, our kitchen draws inspiration from traditional German and Bavarian cooking while embracing a modern European approach. We believe great food begins with patience, understanding, and carefully chosen ingredients.
Our menus evolve regularly, guided by seasonality and the creativity of the kitchen, while remaining grounded in the comfort and depth of classic European flavours.
Signature dishes reflect this philosophy. Pork knuckles are slow-cooked until tender, then fast-roasted for crisp, golden crackling, served with sauerkraut, mash, and traditional German mustard — the acidity of the sauerkraut cutting cleanly through the richness of the pork.
Our much-loved beef cheeks are prepared using Sterling Range beef and gently slow-braised for seven hours, allowing depth, richness, and natural flavour to develop — a refined expression of classic European comfort.
Schnitzels are hand-crumbed using premium pork loin, sourced from Ryan’s Quality Meats, prepared with care and consistency using traditional German technique.
